摘要：通过运动生物力学测试、解析等研究方法，对我国优秀女子链球运动员王峥打破亚洲纪录的投掷技术进行研究，发现她技术上存在优势和需要改进的问题。旋转速度快，加速节奏好是她的最大优势；整个投掷过程中进旋转、一、二圈技术较为合理，三、四圈需要改进的问题较多；上肢主要存在肩带肌肉群舒展程度差，器械轨迹路线缩短等问题；下肢主要存在左膝关节蹬伸幅度偏大，器械上的离心力向身体方向转移，右侧以髋关节为核心的转动不积极，右脚在离地后存在小腿折叠严重、着地位置偏后等问题。对王峥77.68米这一投技术的研究，有利于训练中改进技术和稳定竞技状态，同时发现自身不足，为提高技术的稳定性和运动成绩提供帮助，进一步提高我国该项目在国际赛场上的竞争实力。

Abstract：Through sports biomechanical testing and analysis， the author studied the technology of Chinese elite female hammer athlete Wang Zheng who had broken the Asian record. The results find that there are advantages as well as problems in Wang"s throwing technology. The fast rotate speed and excellent accelerated rhythm are her best advantages. In the entire process of throwing into the rotation， the first and the second circle technology is relatively reasonable， but there are many problems in need of improvement at the third and the fourth circle. At upper limb， the problems are mainly poor shoulder muscle stretching and shorten instrument track route； and at lower limb， the problems include left knee joint stretching in larger amplitude， the direction of the centrifugal force close to the body on the equipment transfer， the rotation of the hip joint on the right side of the body being not positive， the crus folded seriously when the right foot landing the ground， and the landing position being back. There is still space for Wang to improve her technology. The research on her cast technology of 77.68 m is in favor of her technical improvement and competitive state stabilization， and also helpful for the gap identification， which aims to improve the stability of her technology and performance， and further to improve the competitive power in the international arena for China.

1研究意義
女子链球是我国传统优势田径项目，在国际赛场上多次获得过好成绩。王峥是继张文秀之后我国涌现出的又一名优秀女子链球运动员，竞技能力逐年提升，2008年首次突破70米后，2012年突破了72米，2013年突破了74米，2104年突破了77米，特别是在2014年3月29日成都举行的投掷项群赛中以77.68米的成绩打破了该项目的亚洲纪录，排当年世界第三好成绩，标志着她已成为77米大家庭的一员。目前世界上进入77米大家庭的只有四人，包括现世界纪录保持者沃尔达奇克、俄罗斯的赖申科以及前世界纪录保持者海德勒以及我国的王峥。虽然王峥在进入2015、2016赛季竞技状态还不够稳定，但她自身已经具备了77米以上的能力，如何在世界大赛中发挥出来是目前面临的主要问题。对王峥77.68米这一投技术的研究，有利于训练中改进技术和稳定竞技状态，同时发现其自身的不足，不断完善技术，为改进技术的稳定性和提高运动成绩提供帮助，进一步提高该项目在国际赛场上的竞争实力。
2研究对象与方法
2.1研究对象
王峥，1986年出生，陕西籍运动员，身高1.74米，体重105公斤，臂展1.725米，目前是国家集训队备战2016年奥运会的重点队员。运动成绩逐年提高，而且近几年竞技状态处于上升通道。本研究是王峥2014年3月29日成都项群赛中打破亚洲纪录77.68米的投掷技术。王峥身体条件并不好，臂展较短，旋转半径和器械轨迹相对较短，但旋转速度快、加速节奏明显是她的优势，她的旋转速度是目前世界上最快的。我们对她的技术特点进行研究，更有利于了解该项目的特征和规律，为发掘优秀人才提供技术数据参考。
